Dale Chihuly: Glass In Bloom exhibition marks the American artist’s first major garden exhibition in Asia and features over 100 of the artist's works, including 24 large-scale glass sculptures at Gardens by the Bay.
With over 100 artworks on display, you might not know where to start your trail. We've got you covered by curating this guide on our recommended routes to getting around the exhibition.
*This guide covers the recommended route if you are visiting the exhibition from entrance A/B, we recommend exploring the artworks in this order.
Upon entering from either entrance A/B, begin your trail at the meadow where you will find the Setting Sun and the Moon. At the Meadow, you will find the Setting Sun, crafted out of over 1600 individual pieces which was made specifically for the Singapore Exhibition. Here you will also find the Moon, which was last showcased by Dale over 20 years ago in Jerusalem and brought back to life for this exhibition.

Located just a few feet away from the Moon is the entrance to Serene Garden. The Serene Garden is inspired by the minimalist concept of Japanese zen gardens. Strategically nested away in a quiet corner of Gardens by the Bay, you will find the largest cluster of Dale’s works in a single location. Here you will find 7 pieces of Dale’s works, including some of his most stunning pieces such as the Ethereal White Persians, Red Reeds and the Yellow Herons.
You should first see the Red Bamboo Reeds which marks the entrance into the Serene Garden. Do look out for the Red Reeds at the furthest end of Serene Gardens as they are tucked away at the far corner of the Serene Gardens and are easy to miss!
